The University of Kansas Medical Center (KU Medical Center) is the public academic health sciences campus of the University of Kansas, based in Kansas City, Kansas, with additional campuses in Wichita and Salina. It houses the KU Schools of Medicine, Nursing and Health Professions, the NCI-designated University of Kansas Cancer Center and an NIH-designated Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, and works with The University of Kansas Health System, which runs the hospital on its shared campus.
